Overview
NerveFilter provides educational information about digital safety. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit the site or contact us, why it may be used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
If you email [email protected], we receive the information you include, such as your email address and message. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, bank details, identity documents, or other sensitive account information.
Comments
Public comments are disabled on NerveFilter. The site does not currently provide a public comment form or offer WordPress comment cookies to visitors. If comments are introduced later, this policy and the Cookies Policy will be updated before collection begins to explain the information collected, publication, moderation, retention, cookies, service providers, and available rights.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider and WordPress may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and server or security logs. It may be used for site delivery, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
Measurement and Google services
NerveFilter uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate website usage and performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics that does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Its beacon is loaded on this site. Google AdSense code and Google Funding Choices code are also present on NerveFilter. The site is undergoing an AdSense review process; the presence of that code is not a statement that ads are approved or that every visit receives an advertisement. When these scripts load, your browser connects to Google services, which may process technical information under Google’s policies. Funding Choices is Google’s privacy messaging service. Available messages and choices can depend on location and the service configuration.
NerveFilter does not offer public visitor accounts. WordPress and the hosting/security infrastructure may use essential technical cookies or similar storage for operation and protection. Logged-in administrators receive authentication and preference cookies. See the Cookies Policy for more detail.
Google advertising disclosure
If Google advertising is approved and activated on NerveFilter, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to NerveFilter or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, and help detect fraud.
Visitors can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. If another advertising network or advertising technology provider is added, this policy will be updated to identify the relevant provider and link to its privacy and opt-out information. Where Google’s consent requirements or applicable law require consent for cookies, local storage, or personalized advertising, an appropriate Google-certified consent platform will be configured before those technologies are used.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the site, respond to relevant messages, investigate abuse, correct or improve published content, maintain records, and meet applicable legal obligations. NerveFilter does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Email and technical records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including security, support, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. No website or email system can promise absolute security, so take care with what you send.
Your choices and rights
You can manage cookies through your browser and, when advertising is active, through the advertising controls described above. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request.

NerveFilter links to official services and other external websites. Their information practices are governed by their own policies, and NerveFilter is not responsible for those external practices.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when site practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].
Browser tools
The URL inspector, tracking-link cleaner, password generator and file SHA-256 checker run their calculations in your browser. Their tool code does not submit the entered URL, generated password, selected file name, file contents or calculated hash to NerveFilter, and it does not store those inputs in cookies or local storage. A file selected for hashing is read into browser memory, not uploaded by the tool. Inputs remain on the page until cleared or the page is closed. A Copy button writes a result to your device clipboard only when you choose it; your operating system or clipboard manager may retain that copy.
Normal page requests, hosting and security logs, browser extensions and third-party scripts are separate from those calculations. Do not enter passwords you already use, private sign-in links, recovery tokens or confidential files. For sensitive material, use a trusted local application.
